This is with reference to our LG Microwave.
We raised a service request over a call a month back and LG's service executive (Mr.Prateik) visited to check the microwave, and mentioned that some part needs to be replaced and he will have to order it from Bhubaneshwar. Then he charged us a visiting fees of Rs.200 which he said will be adjusted to the cost of the instrument. Thereafter we have been following up with him on weekly basis but either he does not take our call else his response is instrument has not arrived. Does it take over a month for an instrument to get delivered from Bhubaneswar to Sambalpur????
Take this compliant on priority else we will have to escalate the matter.
