Subject: For Replacement of Refrigerator.
Dear Sir,
We have purchased LG refrigerator 285BGPN from Global Electronics Paonta Sahib, vide bill no. 2121 dated 03/10/15. But from the very first day we are facing problem of cooling, leakage of de-frost water,over heating of front door and inside light not working, It is unfortunate that after so many complaints still we are facing the same problem, our previous complaint numbers are RNA160812038022, RNA160809038093 and recently RNA160827071337. I am fed-up with this refrigerator, so you are required to pls. replace my fridge as it is under warranty. I will not continue to use this fridge anymore, Otherwise I will launch complaint in Consumer Court.
