I have purchased LG window AC MODEL LG WAC 5CP3 of 1.5 TR capacity from APOLLO SALES CORPORATION Plot No-2,Vaishili Pitampura New Delhi against BillNo-318 dated 03.05.2015 and even in the first year of season the unit is not performing and on giving complaint to the shop onwer they have cheated us by coating a protection layer at price of Rs 400/-on acccount of ACE Engineering,Rohini which to my understanding is not required for the new machine. I even spoke to LG Service Manager but till date the complaint is not rectified.The Air-condition unit purchased is not performing and should be replaced with new one free of cost on urgent basis otherwise I will take further course of action in consumer forum.
