I Got a call from Mr R P Modanwal His contact no 9918701050. He is very unprofessional guy and also he does not know how to behave with the customer. I am an old LG customer. I have all appliances from LG I have AC, Washing machine, Fridge, 2 led from 32 inches. But now I think I am wrong and have chosen wrong product and brand. I have bought LED 49inch on 5th November and took it from 9th November from LG Shoppe Kalka Ji, New Delhi 110019. When I opened my LED it was all damaged and also when the guy had visited for installation he said your LED is damaged. So please check on urgent basis. I just want that my LED should replace from my home only where the request was given for installation.
Take it seriously today is 5th day when I registered a complaint.

Very poor service. Very bad experience ever in electronics product.
