I am using LGK10 mobile from past one year recently i have also change the screen of the mobile costing me ₹2700 but after that i have face another problem related motherboard of the phone which is costing me around ₹4000 now tell me in a one and half year i am facing such a problem now what to do i dont think in a future i will buy LG handsets because in a such short period i am facing problems in handset so please advice me what to do

This is in continuation to earlier mail dated 9th December , 17 regarding after sales serv9ce of my LG 1.5 Te Split Air Conditioner.
This is with respect to the issue of after sales servicing of my split AC which I purchased last year in month of November,16. I am highly dissatisfied &dismayed at the way LG customer care has acted in the whole process without providing any solution. Inspite of several attempts with the staff at various levels I did not get the required services. As per the purchase policy, Company has to provide two free services at will of the customer but it did not happen that way. Currently I am posted in Bina ( MP) along with my family but when I purchased AC that time I was in Mumbai. Even now I have not vacated my house and on and off I am coming to Mumbai to my home as per the requirement.
Last service was due in November 2017 which I could not take as I was in Bina along with my family and house was locked. Same thing I conveyed to customer care that I shall not be able to avail the services as I am out of station and coming in the last week of Nov. Genuine reason. Want justice. VRGUPTA 9819721347
