I send my lg flatron 21 crt for repairing to crystal care kannur talap,last wednesday 14/12/2016.the staffs ate irresponsible idots as they also dont know what is the actual problem is .Every day I have to call and threy will replay that we are trying our level best.The tv I have purchaced 12 years before and not have single complain till now.I also dont get a satisfactory reply from their staff Nithil lg,if they can sort out the problem or not.
