I bought 32 led TV in vijay digital,Tenali on 14/10/2015.. At the time of purchase, the sales representative has convinced me that the process of initialization will completed within one day.. But no technetiun wasnot assess me till today and more ever they are trying to mislead me... I am feeling very uncomfortable with the LG service... The LG showroom staff were concentrate only on sales,but not on customer service... Customer service is very poor....

Few days back l came to your service center with my 32inch LED TV.your technician said new panel and so parts in bord in cost of 13200rupees...
But in Vijayawada for the same led to they were said some problem in bord in cost of 6567ruees. And they were taken only 24hrs time to solve the problem......... So people BEWARE OF TENALI LG SERVICE CENTER....
