I asked the manager any this. The manager is telling if u want cylinder then u have to pay 700.00 or else leave this place.

My LG LCD TV(Model: ) is suddenly stopped working. I gave auto tuning. There after I am getting a message called " Not Programed" in the monitor with LG logo. I showed to Local mechanic. He is saying that Tuner is gone. Please give me the solution. How can I replace the tuner now?.
