I have lodged a complaint for the refrigerator freezer as ice was frozen throughout the freezer. on 20/08/17 the complaint was attended by LG service person and some sensor was changed.
But even after this the same complaint still persists i.e ice is still frozen throughout the freezer chamber.
Despite several calls to the concerned technician there is ignorance regarding the same. Moreover the customer care is also not responding for the same.
It is very shameful for a company like LG to not be able to solve a petty problem such as this.
Even today i.e on 06/10/17 I have contacted on ph no. 9234301811 of LG electronics India Pvt. Ltd. Dhanbad . But the lady who received the call did not respond about her name as well as nothing about the query for the problem, she also did not give any complaint number when demanded.
She just took all the details for the job sheet 20/08/17 refrigerator Model :- GL-478GSX5.
Look into the matter at the earliest and make sure the refrigerator works properly.
As service is the main reason a person sticks to any particular brand. Hence treat this most urgently and at priority.
