LG Microwave Intellowave model which we have been using is making some screeching noise while in use. We have already given a complaint through your call centre and one of your service person called up 3 to 4 times and asked for our address which we gave him but so far nobody has come. Everytime when they call they say they are coming and make us wait but nobody comes. I am a senior citizen 76 yrs of age and this type of service really affects me. Please take necessary action immediately. My address is Sai Darshan, Ezhipuram, Paripally, Kollam Dist.
