This is the worst service provided yet, mobile submitted for motherboard replacement under warranty was kept for 12days and the part never came. Returned the mobile without repairs assuring the part will be available in next 7days and will be contacted upfront however no contact done till date. This is pathetic. No service at all. Will never buy any Lenovo products again ever because of its customer service.
