its a new phone,apps were working fine,and now suddenly none of my apps are responding or connecting,i have done everything possible,contacted my network provider,working fine there,contacted play store,all fine there,i have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps.Infact i have also done a factory reset on my phone for which i have lost everything on my cell,but still no improvement..still none of my apps are working

Dear sir,
I have a lenovo A6000 plus mobile. On 5th December'15 I have received a notification for system software update and doing it successfully.
After online update of the system software charging of battery is not happening. After rebooting the Mobile keeping the charger on it's start to getting charge. But its taking too much time to get little charge. And 100% charging is not happening after 12 hrs on charging also. I have checked for several times but condition is same.
Please suggest what to do to get rid from this situation. So that it can charge as it was earlier.

My lenovo VIBE K5 PLUS smartphone purchased on 26/03/2016.
It had suddenly gone blackout screen. on/off switch does not come to rescue. Incoming phone etc ringing,but screen not opening.
