i had ordered lenovo k3 note from flipkart one month back. now im facing problem,the phone touch is not responding at some points of screen. since my phone is in warranty period i want to get my phone right asap.please tell me what should i do now.early respond will be appreciated .

Very strange!! I bought the lenovo 6000 plus on 13 aug 2015 by flipkart but after few days, the mobile shuts down on its own and does not start. I have to remove the battery and re-fix and then the phone works perfectly well but it occurs more then trice a day. Secondly, the battery not charging.

Hi,
I had buy lenovo a536 before past 2 months.
and suddenly my headphone not working.
I called to helpline number. am getting invalid number.
and i try to mail them,
they gave wrong information about service rules,
service center executive tolled me headphone will not replace hand to hand, it will take approx 4 days, after than i have to come for take headphone,
headphone worth is INR 350/-
and i wasted RS 600-/ approx , and 6 email, 5 calls, total 3 days for replacement
what nonsense service they provide.
I just irritate with lenovo services.
i will suggest you don't take lenovo. service is just useless.

I had submitted my phone at the service centre for the problem of heating and since then nobody has reverted back to me with the information on it. It has been a week and the service centre see no need to get in touch with the costumer. And I had insisted on the information at the earliest.
