I have purchased Lenovo A6000+ on 28.08.2015 on Flipcart.com and received the delivery on 30.08.2015. In 10 to 15 days its touchscreen response becomes slow. After cleanup, the response improved little bit. About a week before I bought Netplan for the phone. But so many apps like whatsap and others could not be installed. It is giving error message and no installation could be done. Even games downloading is causing problem. So we went to customer service station at Nagpur. There it is said, it is a problem of software updates, which is not available here. It is also said that this lenovo service station will be closed soon. now tell me that, where we should rectify our problem. and if it is not possible we will send back the phone or we will choose the legal way. so mail us the other service station address at the earliest as the addresses given on the site does not repair the phone.
