iam purchased lenovo s-09 mobile in jully 2015. but now it is not in good condition. iam facing lot of problems in this mobile after two times service from your service persons. the problem in this mobile still continued same. i loosing hopes on your lenovo product due to this. please kindly replase this problematic cell. problems are 1. mother bard 2. battery problem 3. touch screen problems 4.screen coming out on hand 5. network problem and so on

When mobile is ringing the set is reflected dark screen, not able to attend. Need to touch the right side lower button of the mobile for activation and attending the call. The response by the set is very slow and not fast as my previous mobile Moto G [Ist Gen].
Please guide me in this regard, since I am residing at Mangalore 575003.
