I've purchase lenovo s850 in december 2014 but now it creating problm in charging & battrybackup
when I connect it to its charger its battery goes down
and sometime it remain same neither charge nor discharge
sometime it satrt charging
whats the solution

I had a lenova yoga laptop that i bought in last july , its hard disk not detected. i called at service center soooo many times , & had a talk with mr. sanjeev also , he told me to send any engg. at my home. but i hadnt received any support.

Lenovo power bank is not giving battery back up than earlier. As it was purchased on 30 April 2015.
Earlier it's capability to charge 4 phones at a time but now it remain up to only 1 phone.
Please note it's capacity is 10500MAH.
