as generally problem from lenevo .. i have been using lenevo G570 whose 2 day before flap cover lock has been broken....and it has been notice that me and my friend both have purchase the same model..he generally faced this problem and company replaced his laptop..'please solve my problem

my lenovo a850 purchased on 31 january 2014 this set not chqrging properly. it takes too much time to charge and discharge very fast... not charge to 100 % n takes about 10 - 12 hour to rach 100 %.

As generally problem from lenevo .. i have been using lenevo G505.TOUCH PAD NOT WORKING SO PLEASE TAKE DO THE NEED FULL ACTION. ..and it has been notice that me and my friend both have purchase the same model..he generally faced this problem and company replaced his laptop..'please solve my problem.
