Mobile switch of automatically & unable to start. It was given to your service center on 7th Jan.
mobile was purchased on 20th Dec/14, & it was not working in only 15 Days. Majour Modem fault found in mobile. They are trying to repair.
I request you to replace my mobile, No any customer accept such big fault in 15 days new Rs. 11,000/- mobile.

I have lenovo S850 smartphone in warranty period. My mobile speaker is not working. Audio output is not coming through speaker. Even call ring and message tone is also not ringing through speaker.
Only earpiece speaker is working. I had also tried by doing reset factory settings. But no result.
Please do the needful.

After updating my phone to Lolypop version (5.0.2) there was some problem in my phone.
Some video is not able to delete.
Contacts not showing in call list.
Not showing proper Lolypop version.
Though at device information it is showing Android 5.0.2.
Kindly let me know where it can be re-updated at Jamnagar.
