I have submitted my handset Lenovo A6000 plus IMEI no 868087022667982 authorized service centre, sunny tower gopalpur mode jaipur on 20 July for battery and slow working problem. They returned it to me on 22july. After getting my handset I come to know that I have got various post repair effects like network related problem, battery drain problem. Then On 2 Aug I submitted it to them and on 3 Aug they returned it to me without resolving my problem. Again on 4Aug I submitted it to them and on the same day my handset warranty is going to over, now they are saying that there is problem with motherboard of my handset and which is not considered under warranty but I have submitted it under warranty and that was not resolved till that day so it should be resolved under warranty.And service centre employees are also not supporting they gave me manual jobsheet on 2 Aug and 4 Aug. I requested them to give me a copy of my handset jobsheet dated 2Aug. But they are not giving it to me.i request higher authorities to look into this and resolve my problem under warranty as soon as possible. My handset is still in service center.

I have purchased Lenovo K3 note and since the day I have brought it, it is creating a lot of problems! Both The sim slots of my handset are not working! I have also verified if the problem was with my sim but then I found out that my sim slot itself is bad ! Above that my phone always keeps on hanging! It has made my life troublesome! Please solve it soon
