i had Purchase the Lenovo S660 Mobile In Last 15/6/2014. Battery is not pickup. maximum Working Hr in 3 hrs only. All ready Replace the New Battery in 12/12/2014. But Same Problem Continue. Please Suggest any Software In solution.

I have bought Lennovo K900 in the month of September 2014. After few weeks its battery backup problem started. And now it is fully dead. I have seen many people facing same problem with this handset. I have given the my LENEVO p780 row for service on mar27 and expected delivery of mobile on thursday. I tried all the lines of service center to check the status mobile but unfortunately all the lines switched off. i went to service center personally on saturday again same answer not done ! i was shocked .. now again they gave one more number to call and result is same .. that number too switched off.. i have t drive nearly 25 km to indiranagar.. please let me know when can you deliver my phone
