Problem : microphone not working. Possible solutions: Soft board change
The mobile was submitted on 22.11.2016 and till 26.11.2016 it was kept as it is with the centre without any information being shared.
I tried calling at 12:30 and then at 1:30 and then at 2:00 but the call remained unanswered.
When I went to the centre they casually replied it was lunch time.
And the Mobile isn't repaired because there is no stock it needs to be delivered from Bangalore it will take 15 days.
15 days.. I can go via slowest train and come back personally to get this.
