I am using Vibe X2 since February. Since last week, I am unable to get connectivity through the wifi. I have tried to connect to the net through 3 separate wifis, (2 in office and one at home), but was unsuccessful. How to rectify this problem? I am getting net connectivity through data connection. I have heating problem with my lenovo 369i and ensured the product will get repaired with 10 working days after 15 days still I wait for my phone and when ever I ask for my phone .. the answer is same " u will get tomorrow " , Smart technologies if u can't do the proper service why can't u quit ? lenovo will appoint a new one .. the most funny thing which I see there even reception ladies are using foul languages ..lol ......

I brought a lenovo A6000 during April 2015. The main problem of the telephone was the range problem, poor speaker sound. Now this phone has gone dead and could not be switched on. When I tried to contact customer service number in Kochi (Smart technologies), They are not picking up the phone.
What should I do?

Pls refer to my complaint dated 30-6-2015 regarding non functioning of my lenovo A6000. After receiving no response from the telephone no of the customer care center in your website. I went in search of the address given above. But the center has been shifted from the above address many months ago. After great difficulty I found the new address of Smart Technologies and address and went there. To my horror they had intimated me that they are not dealing with Lenovo phones at present and asked to contact the customer care for new authorised service center at Kochin, Kerala. Thanks to your latest updated website!, your customers are running here and there without ?knowing what to do?
Althouth, as per your e-mail you have assured that your Customer Care representative member will be reviewing your Complaint/Message and will send you a personal response.
No response has been received by me till date.
If you don't have any authorised service center in the whole of Metro City of Cochin, then you shoould not have misleaded the customers like me who bought the phone believing your words. This is totally cheating your customers
