The customer service of M/s Mobile Lab, Near Saba School, Calicut is very very poor.

i bought a new mobile lenovo A6000 plus just 1 month from a mobile shop nearby(they said it was online purchased) .and it has warranty period i think.
now it is touching on its own,and typing on its own.and its not doing the function iam clicking on,like i cant take photos in camera at times because the snap tab on screen is not touching even though iam touching.and its randomly touching and opening apps iam not touching.what to do.will i get replacement /repair .it is just less than 1 month old.and under warranty.since it is online purshaped by the shop ,will it be a problem.pls advice.
