no service of my hard drive during warranty period by Subendu marandi:

Sir/madam, I bought a new hardrive of lenevo company from rourkela, odisha two months back.it is under warranty period.your service center are not providing any help.when ever I insert my hard drive it is showing you need to format first. Plz suggest how to resolve this problem.this is really painful when you get no help.plzz help I don't not what to do?
