My phone is hanging and it is not working properly. It is responding very late.The screen became black and a dim light apeears on the screen.It automatically switch off.It is 1year 10 months old.Please tell me the solution as soon as possible

I have submitted my phone A6010 for repair on 24/03/17 .My job no230891703240018. Bareilly servicing center not able to repair and simple telling me parts are not available. My phone is in warranty period .If I am not getting my phone repair/replaced with a new one with in next 03 days I will be moving to consumer court.

so problem ye h ki is laptop me work krte krte iski screen chli jati h aur white ho jati h..
typing krte time bhut problem hoti h so i request u, ke mere lenovo laptop ki repair ke liye bareilly me service centre ka address de jaha mujhse koi charge na liya jaye

I was purchase lenivo 700 phone in Jan 2017 in a warranty period . the problem is this phone suddenly full charge and if I want to see a 5 minute clips in any movie than it is suddenly put down m facing this problem last 15 days
