We have provide the mobile at your HCL touch Chennai center on 09.09.2017, till now yet to resolve the issue.No body response to me.
We have go for consumer forum to claim the unnecessary harrasment to customer. No one pick the call untill working time also. 044-28550597. This is the way to approach the customer. Very worst service facing HCL touch center. I never facing here before. We will take over the complaint to operation MD & HCL MD also.

JIO app which was available for voice calls suddenly disappeared. Contacted the JIO service centre. They informed that this is the issue sorted out by Lenova service provider. What to do to have the JIO app for making voice calls. Kindly give your valuable advise.
