Dear Sir/Madam,
I have bought on Lenevo Smartphone model no A6000 on 11/03/2015 through flip kart.
Initial stage i was not using internet but this month beginning i started using Internet. that time i was not aware about the network connectivity in Mobile. i used 3G card as well as 2G but both are showing the same issue.
for downloading 2 Mb setup it takes more then 3 to 4 hours.
Kindly look in to the matter & advice me.

Dear Sir,
My Lenovo Ideatab A3000+ is not charging properly. Even after charging for 5 hours, with its original charger, the charging status shows 28% only. once it took almost 10 hours to charge for 100%. i would request your kind self to please look in to the matter and advice me for the above problem or provide me with the solution.

I have purchased lenovo 580 black from snapdeal on jan 17 2015.this is for the 4th time i m experiencing this kinda problem.the problem is that i am continuosly pestered by a pop-up notification saying "UNFORTUNATELY,THE PROCESS ANDROID, PROCESS MEDIA HAS STOPPED"...previously i was told by customer care to format everything and i did the same then the problem was solved but now again this has resurfaced.it is really irksome.it annoys me a lot.because of pop-up notification i am unable to open many apps such as gallery,camera,downloads and few more.pls help as this time i cant afford to format anything bcus i have downloaded many apps and songs.i cant even click snaps or even listen to songs.this is ridiculously disgusting problem. Kindly requesting u to help me to sort out this problem at ur earnest...

I have submitted my lenovo A 850 on 13th may 2015 which was under warranty for starting and network problem .
For board change phone was retained by service center.
Job id SRIN00U1505130007 AND SRIN007150604004.
ON 4th june phone was submitted to me.
The network problem still persisting.
and to shock me when i submitted my phone to lenovo service center in vashi I realised no board has been changed but lenovo info system tells its been changed.
I am taking the issue to consumer court .
I have hard evidence.
