I went to the service center located in Andheri(East) at HCL tower with my mobile. After submitting necessary details about my phone they asked me if I was fine if my DATA gets deleated. To my surprise the solution to my complaint of my phone not getting connected to external device what they did was reset my phone and for that they made me sit for 4 hours and gave my phone back. I asked them to show me if it was opening to any external device which was a shock 'NOPE'. What the hack were they people doing with my phone I didn't understood. I remained calm and ask them what is the problem. Response was need to replace the PCB and it will take one week. After waiting for 4 hours I came back home , after 15 days of waiting I got call from them that my phone is been repaired and collect the phone. I went there to collect the phone and since I was in a hurry as I was having a meeting this time I did not checked the phone if its been repaired or not considering that they have taken 15 days and would have repaired it but I was proved totally wrong again. After reaching home when I tried to connect my mobile phone to my laptop it didn't got connected and still the receiver volume is very low. These people think that they can fool anybody but this its engineer vs engineer not going to leave. I make sure that this SCAM comes to the notice. I will go back again to the service center and this time I will make sure I will carry out legal actions.
