i gave my phn at 8-10-15 they said after 10 days they said to collect the phone but still i cant get the phn if i ask means the phone was not ready only all r telling now nov 5th it became 1mnth very worst service no 1 answering properly in service center again im saying its a worst service mainly the adyar branch...

hi, i owned a7000. My phone not getting charged while it is on, yet its charging while its completely off. tried on some chargers or outlet, no charging.Please reply if anybody knowthee solution to the above problem.

Touch not working after receiving the message mobile get repaired and asked me to collect.
Surpriseing they even not repaired the prevailing condition the mobile is in very worst while l have the mobile in good condition expect the touch especially back button not working now it almost a month has to be gone they can't get repaired then what is the use of service center

Dear Lenovo,
Please improve ur service network side in Chennai or any other part of India if yu wanna b a leader in this market. Your service centre at adyar ambhibha appalam depot in Chennai is the worst service centre I ever seen in my existence. You know how badly ur customer service executives behave to the customers. Thy don't respect the customers and thy don't hav proper chairs to make them comfortable. thy even won't say wat procedures we should follow to get a token for our phone. I'm deeply saddened coz of the behavior and if this continues I won't ever suggest Lenovo phones to anyone ever. Plz improve ur service support to ur customers if yu think thy r valuable. Horrible experience in adyar.
