Dear sir/ madam,
We have purchased lava mobile, model no EG 841 on 13.7.2015 from Mr. Anand, reliance communications outlet, Hype retail, sanjaynagar, ph. 080 32950944, 9379079101. From the date we purchased, no battery backup and no signal, we had given for the service to digitornix tele services, Mr. Ravi Kumar, Dr. Rajkumar road, 080 23126899, no body is willing to help, we are running a Montessori school, because of this problem, nobody can reach us in time, we are suffering a lot, pls do the needful as earlier as possible.thanks.
