Its a totally waste of time to submit mobile here, everytime they have same explaination "there is shot circuit in phone" . and takes mobile and unnecessary increases more problems and phone become useless.

i had bought lava iris X1 in Sep-2014.but its battery became swell at present.i informed to our dealer about this problem but they suggested to go on service center.at present it is under one year garantee period. so pl. change the same battery as earliest.

“You will received call after 2-3 days regarding to phone issue”. As said by Smarnika People.
Yet not received any call from their side.
Even not picking call on the number given on memo.
Very poor service. Totally unsatisfied.
