I bought karbonn a50s from flipkart after 4 days its software was damaged.. Then i took it to service Centre Net Surfer Poloview srinagar... 2 months have passed now still they are not giving me My phone... only software was a issue.. kindly look into the matter.. i need my phone immediately.. My Receipt no is 16513..
please look into the matter... i am very disappointed from this service centre... slow service

i bought my karbonnA11*(under warranty)with all accesories to your service center on 03-12-14.Having a problem unfortunately (google has been stopped).fresh phone was promised to me.but still no response is given to me. i want to know where is my phone.i got a lot of problem without my phone.so kindly look into the matter.my receipt No is 18910 and my present mobile N0 is 07042904991.

I had buy A40 Indian in Nov.2017.i do find the battery life does not last for a hour too.handset get switch off itself too .I have the warranty.i t shows also software update .I had not repaired it?do I do want know what is solution for it.&is this new smartphone made to fool the people?
