I have karbonn s19 and it goes faulty frequntly. Recently i got it repaired from company in mar 2017 through service centre nashik Maharashtra but after one month again it went faulty. It is not getting power ON. Presently i am at Secunderabad.
Please guide me for further course of action.

I purchased a karbonn k9 mini for my father 4 days back and it's dialing display is very small cant visible to senior citizens and sound quality is not loud cant hear outside and no earphone provided so I want to return it
