i bought a mobile karbon kc620 on 21jan15 and it is not working as the network is not coming of any sim when i give the phone to service centre they told me that network ic is not available as the model number is already not available.so what should i do. i take back my phone from service centre.

I bought karbon A6turbo through online amazon.in on October 6. The display got cracked on yesterday... I have my warranty card nd invoice too.. Warranty periods are not over yet, so want to replace the old cracked display without any cost as my warranty period still available... So kindly help me in this
