Sir,
I purchased the Karbonn Smart A12 star smart phone on 14.12.14 ( receipt enclosed) from Flipkart .The warranty of the set was 1 year. The phone developed problem and the display was vanished recently.I took the phone to the nearest Karbonn dealer at old Panvel .I was told by the person at the shop that this mobile cannot be entertained to be repaired here as this model is to repaired at Thane service center because of the reason I could not understand.
Kindly take up necessary action so that the phone is repaired at the old panvel center itself as the phone is in guarentee period.Expecting an early reply.
