Sir,
I had ordered Karbon mobile through your esteemed organisation and received by paying the cash (COD) of Rs. 4,999. When we insert the sim at nearest mobile shop one sim was not accessed. Hence I put return order through your website. The office bearer of your organisation has told to contact near by service center. Between 60 to 70 kilometers there is no service center. Kindly take the item return and return the amount at the earliest, for which act i will grateful to you Sir.
