On today I called up at the office of your good self and enquired about the recovery of my cell phone given to you on 21-Oct-2014.for servicing; it is to be noted that the warranty period of my cell is in existing. Your representative told me that it will take another month for my cell phone to get serviced.
I have undergone enough of the hardship, and I am unhappy with your service and bound to see other options including legal.

KJASPUP1345515K14457 h.us per service center ne software update kiya to uska auto rotation ne kaam krna bnd kr diya phir enhone kha ki mobile Lucknow me bn payega yaha nhi bn payega aur aap ka 10 - 15 dino me mil jayega lekin 15 din baad phone nhi mila aur phone krne pr Lucknow Service Care ne kha ki sir 15 din aur lgenge aap complain no. le le aur complain no. KJASP134515K14457 de diya kinttu ph abhi bhi nhi mila kitna tym aur lgega ye bhi nhi btaya aap ese jald hi mujhe dilaye nhi to mujhe kuch aur krnaa pdega

I have problem in my phone ( Karbonn Titanium Octane Plus). When i brought my mobile to service centre which detail are here:-

They told me that there are sub PCB problem in my handset and they have to order for subPCB. So I had submitted my handset to them(on 5 August 2015). Now when i call him , he again and again told me that your handset's part is still on order. I have also call to Mr. Mahendra (mob- 9984180888) about 13 day ago and told him about my problem, he told me "Ok I will check ". But still no help from his side. Then finally i call to 18602004660 and request for my part (sub PCB). They told me that they will provide subPCB to service centre and wait for 10 days. Now 10 days has over but still of solution of my problem.
So can you please check part for my handset and provide them.
