I visited at karbonn care on 15 sep 2015 regarding KARBON S.1 Hanset because its Back and Menu keys not working and it is still under warranty with 6 months .And you said that it has display problem and now we have not available and call you later but you did not any call to me till now. And my invoice no is 23 from Yogesh mobile and Electronics which is scanned you.So i want to know that when will be available display plz call me on 9050036215.
plz look into the matter so that i could use my mobile properly.

sir m 30 spt 2015 ko karbon service centre m gya tha apna mobile thik krwane k liye.services centre walo ne reset kar k de diya or bole ki ab koi problem nahi ho gai mene unhe kaha tha ki aap software update kr do unhone aesa kuch nahi kiya.
es m problem yaha ki net on krte hi hang h jata screen kaam ni krti hai screen m ek msg show hota (unfortunately ,measure has stopped) mujhe es ka salution chahiye
