The applicant Krishan Kumar has purchased a Karbonn mobile A35MT vide Bill no.13.11.2014 from Aggarwal Mobiles Narwana vide bill no.476 and IMEI No.911342702672266 and 911342702672274 . After the purchase of that mobile the same is not working properly and the applicant now on dated 22.8.2015 deposited the same with the customer care at Bala Ji Mobile Gallary, but till date has not been given after rectifying the problem and all the time linger on the matter day by day. Even stated that the set has been forwarded to Saini Mobile Repair customer care at Jind ,but no response has come till date. The applicant purchased the mobile after spending hard earned money but you provide a defective mobile. Please do the needful within a short span of time, otherwise I will be constrained to know the door of competent court of law. Hoping for a positive response. Thanks
