Regarding- Karbonn Aura Power Smartphone by KRISHNA CHETRY:

Dear Sir, I bought a karbonn smartphone from shop on 20/03/2017.But it damage within 1 month. Thereafter I gave it to customer care for servicing on 29/04/2017 & he called me after 15 days.When I went to receive my phone on 19/05/17 he return me my phone & say that it has been solved its problem & now it is ok. But I told him that pls check me it infront me then he says that it has ok sir.pls don't mind & you may go.your phone is ok now. But when I reach my home & it check then my phone is not open.This is same as before.
Really I sad on Karbonn Care. This is not good.
