Dear Sir
I have brought titanium s25 klick from Reliance Xpress Mini in 01/01.2015. I have got a board problem in it, so i gave the mobile in tambaram service center in 12/02/2015. They replaced a new one on 01/04/2015. But the replace one also have board problem it did not shut on. So i gave it back to the service center. Today i asked D.O.T certificate for the mobile. They told that they will give D.O.T certificate only for mobile from 7 days of purchase. So can you please arrange D.O.T certificate for me sir.

This is Prabhakaran, two weeks back i bought a karbonn titanium X smart phone.
Three days back i have a major issue in that, when i tap into circle i cant able to navigate into main menu also the bottom of the icons getting hanged and i tapped into any area it is navigating no response from mobile side, it is very disgusting for me , simply i receiving only calls from that mobile, i cant do anything without that ,
only that bottom area touch is not working other than that al r working fine. I reset two times still the same issue occurring me, In camera also I cant able to take a picture when I tap into tat circle no reaction from tat its simply stubborn and no response and cant able to type a message .. pls do this needful

32gb memory card not supported in Karbonn titanium octane by srinivasan:

When I insert the 32gb memory card in my Karbonn titanium octane it supports more than half an hour and suppdenly in notification bar shows "SD card unexpectedly removed"I reboot the phone it again work for half an hour and again I get the same problem.
So please tell the solution for the issue
