I have purchased a GRANDi10 sportz car in 24-12-13 from your showroom at Edappally.The executive's name was Mr.Nikhil.In porforma invoice it is shown an amount of 5900/- as logistic and facilitation charges.When i enquired about the details of this amount they told me that the amount mentioned is for registration expense and the handling charges as the vehicle was brought from chennai.As per my enquiry with Hundai Chennai office they told me that they are sending vehicles to your showroom at company's expense.Not only that my vehicle was regisrtered at trivandrum at my expense.So i want to know the details of the said amount(5900/-) which you have taken from me.
