Dear Sir: With heavy greaverance, this is to bring to your notice that, despite of several requests my vehicle is not picked up by your authorized dealer (Safdarjang Hyundai - Atul Kataria Chowk). I tried to connect at +91 9910011497, kept me waiting for couple of times, denied to pick up my vehicle from my residence. The reason showing for not pick up my vehicle was also very funny (as the earlier service manager is on leave & he knows all about my vehicle, no other service manager will touch my vehicle now)
Do you really think, this is some digestable reason to not pick up my vehicle ?
Is this the quality of childish response/service we can expect from professinal brand like you ?
This I want immediate action & solutin in this case on urgent basis.
