My car had some fear shifting issues apart from that it did not have any other problems. The gear shifting problem was resolved after the Clutch plates, pressure plates were changed. To my surprise I found more noise coming from the silencer to which the technician said it was since beginning for which I know my car very well that there wasn't any noise(though there is small damage but there was no noise) The adviser Tanmay initially was so clever to tell me that to fix the clutch plates and stuff he had to remove the silencer and gave me many other explanations but when checked with other technician he said that was not at all required. This is extreme lies which he told to me saying he personally tried to fix the problem and all. I ignored this issue. Now I have a issue with my operation of clutch which is not like before and the gear shifting is still hard. I have not yet reported this case to the service station as I don't expect a proper answer from them. They would say "This was same as earlier". If you people can look into this matter do let me know so that I can take my vehicle to the service station else do let me know where this has to be escalated further (Mr Nair or somebody from the Kharadi service station). Fyi, mine is a 2006 Santro (XO) and all the required servicings and critical car repair work has been done in the Service station only. My contact is 9326739070 incase more information is required. i purchased i20 in november 2012. got first servicing on feb 2013.but my cars runnng is less .after two years it is 10 k .when i go to service staion kothari hyundai khardi manager says your warranty is expired.if my car is having 2000 km running only at that tym it not neccsary to service a car for 10000 km .i requested everyone but no one helping me.and their attitude and behaviour is such that we are begging a service from them .they not providing service on station and they talked about 24 hours road assistance.please anyone think to buy hyundai car think for second and decide yourself .kothari hyundai shame on you .i expect more from you.keep on doing people phool and make your money .please dont buy any hyundai car.my experience so terrible..so please..

Though Hyundai is superb. If you think Hyundai never think Kothari.I hate Kothari because they start harassment after booking and then try to grab and empty your pocket by any way and thug you. So try for other dealers in Pune to avoid this.

Hi Team,
Recently had purchased Hyundai grand i10 from kharadi pune showroom and did first servicing on 5th October.
Wherein the showroom person had come and drove my car to showroom for servicing. He had taken the car pics from all four side. Car was delivered on the same day evening post servicing.
On Sunday 7th October while changing the horn of car, the mechanic told me that there was a scratch on the front bumper and also was painted with brush to hide the same.
On 8th Oct I visited the showroom and checked with the driver who had taken the car for servicing and compared the pics which clearly showed that during bring the car in the showroom it was damaged.
Supervisor had also checked and verified.
I do understand that there would be minor scratches but hiding the same and fooling the customer is wrong. We trust you people and handover our cars for servicing in a confidence that it will be handled with care. Supervisor agreed to amend it, but there was not much of followup done. Also when they took my car for painting the scratch, there was no update till afternoon and I had to personally visit the showroom to check. Post my visit they started working. This was my first experience with Hyundai and was disappointed.
But such a negligence, no checks done by seniors and customer not taken in confidence is very bad.
Also during buying the car they tell that they are providing mattin and mud flap free, but in actual they are charging the same in bill which again was wrong committed.
