    Servicing of my Car UP 32 BM 2402 (Accent) was done in JSV Vikas nagar center. Mukesh ( cell number 7897100192) was the person who was attending the car. Machine for back door glasses for both side were not available that time. He mentioned he has now shifted to Gomtinagar Location and will call me to get the parts completely fitted and to get the next due service done. Now I am calling him since last 20 days and above, he picks my call says will call back in next 5 minutes and then never calls back and neither does picks up the call. He says he is outside or on break. He further said he will not provide any information and we can mention a complaint against him. I am highly dissatisfied by JSV Customer response. Will never ever refer anyone to get the service done from their service center and neither to purchase any car. Would appreciate if any action may be taken for irresponsible employee like Mukesh working in JSV and bringing a bad name for company.

    I know nothing will happen even after writing this complaint, but still I am doing the same.

    Dear Sir, I got my i20 car 2011 model serviced at JSV hyundai service centre located in Gomti Nagar on dated 13-08-2016. The service was done nicely and I received the car with keys already in the ignition slot as usual but when I reached home and got the keys out I noticed that key was not properly positioned in the case and the spring required for folding of the key was not present.I immediately called the JSV person Mr. Kuldeep (7704906558) in this regard and he assured that he will try to arrange for repair of the same at an earliest but sorry to say that it is not done.further I would also like to intimate that this is my 2nd key and my earlier key pad was also damaged by the service centre only and this time I specially told the dealing person to kindly look for the proper handling of key.
    In this regard I request you to kindly look intout the matter and arrange to do the needful.
