Complaint Mr.

    Dear Sir, I got my i20 car 2011 model serviced at JSV hyundai service centre located in Gomti Nagar on dated 13-08-2016. The service was done nicely and I received the car with keys already in the ignition slot as usual but when I reached home and got the keys out I noticed that key was not properly positioned in the case and the spring required for folding of the key was not present.I immediately called the JSV person Mr. Kuldeep (7704906558) in this regard and he assured that he will try to arrange for repair of the same at an earliest but sorry to say that it is not done.further I would also like to intimate that this is my 2nd key and my earlier key pad was also damaged by the service centre only and this time I specially told the dealing person to kindly look for the proper handling of key.
    In this regard I request you to kindly look intout the matter and arrange to do the needful.
