Non-working of Break after Service by P. Sakthiraj:

After serviced my vehicle i20 Elite No.TN10 BB 3915 on 16.11.2019, while driving the vehicle, while applying the break, I shocked that the break was not functioning. I managed myself and brought the vehicle to my home. I made the compliant with the Service Advisor Mr.K. Karthikeyan.
Please do the needful and advise the concern suitably.
