Dear sir,
I have an Honor 4x with the latest update of 43 MB. I am facing some problems pertaining to SD card, contact list, storage and charger device.
* SD Card : My mobile is not detecting any SD Card, if I insert the SD Card, it starts getting heat. Memory card is not being detected.
* Contact List : Sometimes, the contact lists and messages are not shown, if search for any contact (for ie : I type 'Shashi' in the search bar of the contact list, it will not jump to the contacts wich starts with 'Shashi' instead remains in the top of the contact list. I have to restart my mobile to fix it temporarily.
* Storage : When I click the photos, they will be saved on either SD Card storage or Internal storage. After some days, they are being deleted automatically. No way there to stop them from being deleted automatically.
* Charger device : My charger is not working since 2 days, USB cable works fine. But the square shaped connector is not working.
* Slowing down :
1. Sometimes, while typing the message, keypad is getting struck, I need to wait for too long for the message to be displayed on the textfield after I typed it.
2. Sometimes the applications start to close automatically or ask me to force close them.
These are the issues I am facing with my mobile - Honor 4x. Kindly help me trouble shoot these issues or I will visit to your service centre in Hubli.
I hope my problems will be considered.

I have Huawei Mate S mobile purchased in Saudi Arabia .
I am experiencing , diminishing sound problem ..
When you start playing any video , for the first 5 seconds the music or audio is heard and there on it suddenly mutes itself .
Can anybody help me on this issue to solve the problem , please ???
