I had given my mobile Sr. No. T4SBBBA532450546 Receipt no. HU091015128 to your authorised service centre M/s friends collection, Varanasi (U.P.) on 09-10-2015 their receipt No. VQI/HU/15/00128 dt. 09-10-2015 but approx. 1 month I could not received my above mobile set. This service is totally against the customer and company image.

Hi,
This is MANEESH from Hyderabad, i have a issue with my TAB Huawei MediaPad 7 Youth2 bought it from UK while using got pop up like you battery % is 1% & it started count down fro 60 to 0 seconds & turned off & now i charged it for more that 24 hours it not getting charged & turning on,could you let me know what might be the issue & what can be done.
