I am not able to use 4G voice on this mobile as LTE function is not active in the operator section it only shows 4 G not LTE which software should I download data is working fine voice only miss call going immediately it is disconnected

From day 1 of purchase date :- 15/01/2017. I have faced trouble with my handset mentioned below.
1. Phone is getting heated .
2. Auto rotation problem.
3. All contact numbers are showing as unknown, although saved in sim card.
4.Brightness problem.
i have already got the phone checked with service center, and they have informed me to lodge the complain in customer Care.
Request you to please replace with new handset,as it is in warranty period.
